Need help with windows xp log messages

When i boot my pc, i got a screen that make me choose my username in order to log on windows xp.And it also tell me if i have received some email ( unread email)

It was telling my emails and those from my gfriend.But a friend of my gfriend check her email on our pc, and now, when we log, we also receive the notice about her unread email.

Is there a way to not receive the friends email notification? NOw every time we log, i got the message ( 8 unread email) and its not my emails or my gfriends.
