Okay this is what Win2k-SP2 is showing me in Device Manager:
IRQ 0 - System Timer (ISA)
IRQ 1 - Standard 101/102-Key Keyboard (ISA)
IRQ 6 - Standard floppy disk controller (ISA)
IRQ 8 - System CMOS/real time clock (ISA)
IRQ 9 - Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System (ISA)
IRQ 12- MS PS/2 Port Mouse (IntelliPoint) (ISA)
IRQ 13- Numeric data processor (ISA)
IRQ 14- Primary IDE Channel (ISA)
IRQ 15- Secondary IDE Channel (ISA)
IRQ 11- 3Com Etherlink 10/100 PCI NIC (PCI)
IRQ 11- Creative SB Live! Value (WDM) (PCI)
IRQ 11- Intel 92371AB/EB PCI to USB Universal Host Controller (PCI)
1) Why are my IDE channels detected as ISA devices?
2) Why is everything detected as PCI on IRQ 11?
I've tried manually setting IRQs for PIRQ_0 to PIRQ_3 in the BIOS and while they are all different at bootup (the device list displayed after BIOS POST has IRQs the way I want them set) everytime after Win2k loads the IRQs are set as they are above. This is on an Abit BX6-Rev 2.0 (BX chipset) with ACPI enabled in the BIOS (I've tried turning off 'Power Management through APM' and 'Plug-n-Play OS' in the BIOS to no avail.)
