Need Help with Win NT 4.0 logon PLEASE!!!!

Everytime I try to logon to a system I get the following error....

The Local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively

does anyone know how to fix this?

So what was wrong?

Logon as administrator

Go to program -> administrative tools -> user manager

Goto polices

Select user-rights policy, Rights - > log on locally and add yourself into it.
