Need Help with Voodoo3 3500 TV IN/OUT in WinXP

I rencently purchased a voodoo3 3500 with tv in/out and I have the blue pod thingy it came with. Well I am running XP and I am trying to find a driver that would allow me to use the tv in/out but haven't had any success finding the right driver. If anyone has had any success getting the drivers for XP to allow you to use it. Hopefully some 3dfx tools software that allows me to use it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
