Need help with VNF4 Ultra front panel connectors

Checked everywhere I can think of to try to find out which pins are the positive and negatives for this mobos front panel connectors for the Power and the Reset switches. Hoping somebody who has this set up and working can tell me cause I really don't want to fry my new mobo. Thanks.

A general rule of thumb with all mobo connectors is to have the labels facing away from you. If you look at the case connectors, pin 1 should have an arrow on it. I think the hard drive led goes in sideways and so the label should be facing to the left.

It doesn't matter with reset switches.

Normally, common/ground terminal is black or white. For LED, if you reverse polarity, then LED will not work. Being diodes, they cannot damage the motherboard. You can even reverse the speaker terminals.

The power and reset connector go from left to right which is why I'm not sure. Can't believe they didn't label the damn things. MrControversial, are the negatives on your set up facing the left or right side of the mobo? Thanks.
