Need help with vista ultimate.

problem: it's working fine with 1 user account; any new user account doesnt seem to work: windows sidebar is not working properly, all websites with flash dont work (nba.com, msn.com, ...).
tried: re-install flashplayer (using standalone installer file (can't install directly from the web)) but didn't solve problem

very appreciated your help.
 
Did you try deleting the new account and re-adding? What exactly is wrong with Windows Sidebar? I know it doesn't start by default when you add new accounts. I assume the flash problem is with Internet Explorer?

i did try that too: remove all user accounts accept one, then re-create it but didnt work.
