Need help with virus/trojan/something - scagent.exe

Has anyone had this trojan and found a way to get rid of it? Norton finds it and doesn't know what to do with it.. it is actually on my roommate's computer and is making it run really slow. Any help appreciated...

Run Spybot, Adaware and CW Shreader.

I have run Ad-Aware fully updated.. should I download and run CW shredder and Spybot S&D as well? From what I've gathered from google, none of these programs are gettin right of it.

Have you tried deleting it in safe mode?
