Video Card used: XFX PVT88PYDD4 GeForce 8800GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported

Monitor: SAMSUNG 226BW Black 22" 2 ms (GTG) Widescreen LCD Monitor

Ok, I have put all the monitor drivers on and am in the process of installing all my video card drivers. My issue is that I can't get my monitor to display in digital (and the analog is really fuzzy too). When I went to the control panel it said that I was using the standard VGA card (that comes on the mobo I am assuming) as opposed to my Geforce card. Is this simply a matter of installing the new drivers for the geforce or do I need to add in the geforce in the control panel somehow (obviously I am not familiar with this)? Can I pull out the geforce and then install it again so the new device detection automatically detects the new card?

Thanks for the help. All you guys have been a HUGE help to me at Anandtech forum.
