What's the deal with the AIW Radeon and WinXP? I can't seem to get it to work with the Ulead bundled software because there aren't any WDM capture devices on the PC. I did the standard instal off the instal CD and have looked around for WDM files to instal but I can't find a thing. Except for a WDM capture codec off the install cd for win2000. It shows up ok in my device manager, but the sotware can't seem to tap into it. "WDM Video for Windows Capture Driver Win32"... Is there a place I can get the right WDM drivers from for video Capture?

P4
Rage 32mg agp
ATI AllInWonder Radeon 32meg PCI

I'd love some help...I'm dying here...

I've been having similar issues capturing video with Ulead (*HORRIBLE* user interface). Whenever I tried to cap from within Ulead, it caps and THEN rerenders for some reason! I eventually came to the conclusion that the best place to capture video is in the ATI TV application! If you go to the setup/options, you can set the input, the signal type (NTSC/PAL/SECAM), and in one of the tabs the resolution. You can set it to capture 720x480 30fps NTSC in there. Once it's capped, THEN go into Ulead and import the clip from there. Not the most elegant way of doing it, but without paying mucho dinero for software (university student version of Adobe Premiere is $300), you have to live with it, unfortunately.

EDIT: Oh yeah, make sure you download the latest WinXP drivers from the ATI site. You'll have to dig a bit to find them, but it's worth getting them. The ones on the install CD are OLD.
