Last night I was talking on the phone and all of a sudden I started to get high pitched noise. It was so bad that I couldn't hear the person on other side. When the person tried calling me back they kept on getting my voicemail. I would have thought that it was a signal problem but the phone showed full signal. I tried turning the phone off and on again and still got the same problem.
The noise seemed to go away after 5/10 seconds in to the call(after the turning the phone off and on again). My warranty is going to be over soon so I was wondering if this is a common problem or just something related to screwed up network?
Is there a fix to this ? Any verizon techs know anything about this problem?
I also noticed that after I had the above problem when I pluged in my charger cable the charge light on outer LCD did not turn on(phone was turned off and flip closed) but the internal keypad lights somehow came on and stayed on till I fiddled around with the cable and got the outer LCD to light-up. This sounds like and issue to me can somebody please verify this ?
