Need help with Ventrilo (server side)

I rent a 30 slot ventrilo server from a host and need to put some different channels in and password protect some of them.

I'm working through a control panel (web based) and it is just a big blank box for the "Channel Configuration" waiting for me to type the code/language in, but I can't find ANYTHING to help walk me through it. Everything I find is if you have the server right in front of you.

Can anyone give me the basic lines to setup a channel or show me where I can find a guide that walks me through?
