Need help with UDMA66 Hard Drive

I have an Abit BE6 Rev II motherboard with the onboard HiPoing UDMA66 controller. Initially when I built the system, I installed a 20GB IBM UDMA66 Drive to it and it works great. Now I am trying to add a 40GB UDMA66 Drive to the second channel and I can't get it to work. I am guessing this has something to do with the size. Right now, the drive is connected to a regular UDMA33 port as a slave and is working fine - so I know it's not the drive. I am using a separate cable to connect the drive. When I plug it into the UDMA66 controller, the HiPoint bios finds the first drive and correctly reports it's size. It see's the 40Gig but does not report the size. When I go into Windows, the drive is not there. There is a jumper on the back for a 32MB clip - but I don't know what that means. Any ideas?
Thanks

If it works just fine on the UDMA 33 controller, it should work just fine on the 66 controller. If its on the same cable as your other drive, make sure that it is jumpered correctly.
