Need help with tightvnc connecting from win2k to Fedora

I have downloaded tightvnc for linux for my fedora core 1 box and on the windows 2000 box as well.

I am able to connect from my fedora box to the windows 2000 box when I use vncviewer 192.168.0.100<windows 2000 IP> and with the windows 2000 running tightvnc server.

But when I run command "vncserver" on the fedora box and use windows 2000 tightvnc viewer <192.168.0.101:1> to connect to the fedora vncserver, it won't connect? It keep saying "fail to connect to server." I am able to ping from win2k to fedora and fedora to win2k?

Can anyone give me some pointers.

Thanks a million.
