I have a windows boot iso that i want to install the problem is that it is 5.6 gigs I don't have a DL-DVD burner nor a DL drive on the machine i want the instail to go on. Is there a way to make a boot partition or turn the iso into 2 single layer disc.

Do you own a legal copy of Windows?

I do but this one is optimized for performance I have 3 legal copies. 1 xp for the pc i am using now, a vista version that made this pc run really slow and I just got a new one but i just wanted to try something else. I already tried microXP which works good except I can't some of my drivers installed

Unless you've got a P3 with 128Mb of RAM, simply install the normal Vista.

The best optimization you can do is simply to spend $20 on 2GB to 4GB of RAM.

i already have 4gigs i am just curious I want to instaill a few Operating Systems before I settle one something.
