i have seen this logo on a bunch of cars lately. i don't have a pic, but it looks like a "C" on top of a "W" with kind of ripped text. any ideas?
 
What is it? A bumper sticker?

When I first tried to figure out the question, I was thinking of the an actual car emblem.
