Need help with the name of a movie

I remember a movie I saw when I was kid about a scientific research facility with two scientists and monkeys set in either the Antartic or Artic. It was one one of those movie of the week feature on during the 70’s Scared the hell out of me

Does this sound familar to anyone?

i remember a movie back in like 2001 that i think had 'summer' in the title but im not sure. it was about some teens in some situation where they killed people... barely remember anything, but i never could remember the title. i remember it was pretty far out there, but that was 01 so maybe its docile who knows
