Need help with the IS7 setting it up read my sata hard drive...

I have a P4 2.4C with an IS7 mobo... I also have a Seagate 7200 Berecuda SATA 80 gig hard drive. .. I have been able to format the hard drive and install the windows files on it. I am trying to install Windows 2000 Pro... After formating and saving files I can't seem to set the bios up to run the SATA hard drive first.... Can someone pleae help me Thanks in advance
