Need help with terminal services licensing

I have a client that has a server running windows server 2003 which is running in in application server mode. I have 3 remote systems running windows XP Pro that need to be able to access the server via terminal services at the same time. If my research and conclusion is correct I need a TS per device CAL for each system.

Is this really the license that is needed for each remote system and if so where can I buy them? I tried looking at the CDW site but there is 40 different licenses and I have no idea which to purchase. TIA for any help given.
 
Per-device will work fine. I would call CDW or a similar vendor directly to find out which licensing agreement is best for you.
