Need help with Tbird 900 and A7V

Hie, I've got a A7V (Rev 1.02) and a Tbird 900 which is unlock with the defogger kit which did 1100Mhz. The problem is, I've tried to change the multiplier on the Mobo and the speed will just remain as 900Mhz and the multiplier does not change all. I even tried down clocking it but the PC won't even boot. I once got it to boot at 700Mhz which means that my CPU is unlock rite? I've tried Bios 1003 and 1005c. The board is set at Jumper mode. I'm lost here. HELP ME!!!!!
