need help with syncing iMail with my school's email account

i am a complete noob in POP mail services. Im trying to sync my schools email account to iMail. my email address is kdelosre@ic.sunysb.edu. It seems i have the incoming mail server correct (i put webmail.ic.sunysb.edu). But i have no clue what to put for outgoing mail server (SMTP). Thanks in advance.
 
I know that my school used the same address for incoming and outgoing email. O, and a quick thing to mention.. its just Mail, not iMail. Pretty much the only app on OS X without an 'i' in it
 
thanks for everyone's help. Apparently i had to go to my ISP's website and find out what outgoing server to put. So now, everything is good.
