Need help with subscription to anandtech.com

I do not know where to post this question so here goes.

I renewed my subscription 3 days before expiration date. I renewed on 4/03 for one year and received a confirmation email from ibill.com. My expiration date was 4/06 but my subscription fails after the renewal. I sent an email on 4/06 to subscriber@anandtech.com but have not received a reply. This morning I sent another email without a reply. Does anyone know if subscriber@anandtech.com is on vacation? Does anyone know someone else to email concerning this issue? Thanks!

As for wether or not anyone is currently answering e-mails sent to subscriber@anandtech.com, I'm in a similar situation as you, no one answers my e-mails either 🙁

The issue has not been resolved. Emails are not answered by subscription service. It has been seven days and my subscription has not been activated. I called the phone number for the web page whois but the phone number belongs to someone other than anandtech.com. I will give it until Monday before I request my money back from ibill.com. Have you received any contact from subscription services?
