Need help with stubborn 650 Cb0 retail slot1

On a Soyo 6VCA board (latest bios)with voltage set to +5% (about 1.75)still getting blue screens at 133fsb.CPU temp is great at 32C idle according to Motherboard monitor with Gorb and Arctic Silver paste. Tried to go to +7.5% but system wouldn't boot. Memory is 128MB Mushkin PC133 hsdram so this should not be a problem. Via 4.22 drivers installed. Win98SE. Any ideas?

are you using a pci or agp video card (if a mb is a bx chipset). What is the fastest that you can run your system at stabily (fsb)?

Video card is Guillemot 3D Prophet DDR-DVI AGP with latest drivers installed. Haven't tried any other FSB besides 100 and 133 mainly because I don't want to settle for less than 133 to keep the PCI & AGP in spec. I know I'm being stubborn.
