Need help with speaker wires

Ok I want to hook up my xbox and ps2 to my z-5500 but Im not sure what I should get to do it. What is a better connection optical or coax? I think I need the advanced a/v thing for the xbox but Im not sure if it comes with all the cables or if I need to buy some extra ones. Any help would be thoughtful. I don't wanna spend too much on this maybe around 30$ or so. Thanks

There is no difference between optical and coaxial, unless you need a really long cable(20ft+), then optical is better.
Just get coaxial, it's cheaper. It should only cost $5 for your average RCA cable, or $10-15 if you plan to get a 75Ohm coaxial cable.

Ok this is all I could find Here and that doesn't come with a fiber optic chord so I gotta get something like This. Am I missing something here? Thats only for the x-box and its 35 bucks. I use the regular s-video type chord that comes with x-box and hook it up directly to my tv.. So is there any other way I could hook these up?
