For some reason they just got sore after a short jog yesterday, maybe I didn't stretch enough after sitting all day.
What's the best thing to speed up recovery so I can walk normally? heh I know mild stretching is good (careful not to go too much), and anti-inflammatory drugs. What's the best stuff to take, I hear Aleve is pretty good? Using advil right now. And keeping them iced about 30min on / 20 mins off.
