Need help with Sony G400

I just bought a refurb G400 from ubid and i noticed that the lower right hand corner has a sort of yellowish tint on it. It is only on the lower right hand corner too. I've tried degaussing it and it only solves the problem for about a day. It is not near any fields that would disturb the picture either. Is there any way to fix this or do i have a bum monitor?

Also, if this is a bum monitor, can anybody tell me how i can return it to ubid to get a new one? Does ubid have a good return policy?
