OK i'm going to go way out on on a limb here and see if i can get anybody to recognize a tune i used to hear sometimes on the radio in the late 80's. It's an easy listening/soft jazz song that was played often on the those types of stations (i also recently heard it on a local public access cable channel). There are no main vocals. A major identifying characteristic of it is that at times there's the theme sound of a train in the background, and here you hear the rhythm of the song's beat/tempo and the train's locomotive rhythm coincide...you also sometimes hear the instrumentals of what sounds like the characteristic Native American anthem you used to hear in old cartoons whenever they'd debut warlike Indians, if you know what i'm talking about.
Well like i said i'm going out on a limb here. Sorry i don't have any audio clip of it, but hopefully some lucky person out there is familiar enough with the song and can identify what i'm looking for. 🙂
