the person came to the conclusion based on statistics (even though they cant show me where) that we're all homos. basically nobody is 100% straight, and nobody is 100% gay. so someone please help me argue this with this other person.

from what i heard, homosexuals use a "spectrum" on which they base their homosexuality, or bi sexuality. and the "spectrum" is basically something to make them feel more normal.

what are your comments, and give me some input on this so i can have a decent debate on this topic.

topic: nobody is 100% straight, and nobody is 100% gay.

thanks!

actually that would make us bisexual. and most girls i know are bisexual so maybe it's more common in women than men?? or maybe men just try to hide it? who knows.

I've heard this before... They say if you're completely bi, and do just as many guys as girls, you're 50/50 homo/hetero... if you prefer guys, you're say, 65/35...

Me, I figure I'm 0/100 :)

i think the thing with the women is that they feel its cool to be bi sexual. i bet some of them arent even bi sexual at all. i dunno, thats my opinion lol.

i don't think that when a guy bangs a chick he thinks it's "cool". i think he does it because he is attracted to her. thus, if a girl is attracted to another girl.....well you know what happens next.

I don't think I'm any percentage gay at all.

I feel that they homosexual or bi sexual community made it up to feel better and much more normal.

I guess if you went by the bible it would be wrong.

If you can show me scientific tests that we're all gay or bi i might believe it. But even then how can they come to that conclusion?

also, its like saying we're all murderers, we just dont know it yet. or something like that.

ok, the following is something that i don't believe is true, but i hear about it quite often from the other side...

It has been eugenically proven that there is in fact a GAY gene affecting homesexuals and that same gene is present in bisexuals also... just the bisexuals have been more subjected to the norms of society to believe that heterosexuality holds some merit also, rather than completely rejecting it :)

~ i don't believe this is true, but you can still use it.

I don't think you can argue with a relativist successfully. They already make up their own rules so it makes intelligent conversation with one nearly impossible because of a lack of common grounds. Usually ends up in name calling, so its not a profitable venture.

i HIGHLY doubt that homosexuality is genetic. i think it *may* be hormone related, however.

true, very true. its like that picture, arguing on the internet is like running in the special olympics, even if you win, you're still retarded.

If a guy has sex with a guy he?s gay it doesn?t matter if he screws around with chicks same goes for girls. How can being Bi make you any less gay?

no, that would make you bisexual. homo = same, hetereo = opposite, bi = two. simple logic.

Hmm. Let's think about this for a moment: You would logically think that a genetic predisposition to being sexually attracted to the same sex (which therefore cannot produce offspring) would die out rather quick, as such a mutation or characteristic would not be passed on to subsequent generations. However, I'm not a geneticist/biologist, so I don't know..

I've also heard the spectrum "theory", but haven't seen any science to back it up. However, I can't rule it out.
