Need help with some WINE issues

I was testing FC4 x86-64 and I was impressed how it ran most of the windows applications I tested out, I mean I tested simple exe files things like CPUZ , Cpuid, I even was able to install spybot just for the kicks of it and worked great.I need WINE to run Windows programs that I develope with VisualBasic.Net.

I made a simple program with VisualBasic.Net and WINE doesn't respond to it, so I need some tips to make my programms more compatible with WINE.
