My monitor setting is 1280x1024@85hz.
whatever games I boot up, the screen would seem like a horizontal water shower/ripple effect.
Only after I matched the game res to monitor res, the effect go away.
but this is really annoying (change mon res, then games res)
I'm using beta driver 7089 (this effect doesn't show up when I use the driver supplied by the card, it happen on any other driver that I've tried)
