1 is to use SETIDRIVER, and set the # of processors to 2
2 is to create 2 separate SETI folders and start SETI from each, so you are running 2 instances of SETI.
I've got a few dualie CPU systems running SETI and the install I use runs hidden and as a service, can do multiple CPU's, and has a quick install/uninstall to remove the service. IMO, the FlexInstaller is the way to go but the uninstall feature is missing.
