Heres my scenario,

I have a network with 250+ computers running on it. It has a active vpn connection with another company. My boss wants me to setup our server so people from home can dial into our network and access the vpn. I have a dedicated phone line / number installed already and a modem, im having trouble with the settings. Can somone walk me through this?
 
*bump im still having trouble with this. I can get the server to accept the incoming call but it wont establish a connection. The modem on the server is making noise.
