I'm out of touch with ram... :(

If someone could help me, cos I'm looking to buy some RAM for my notebook that would be great.

I'll use this as an example:

KINGSTON TECHNOLOGY 256MB 32X64 PC133 SDRAM-133MHZ NON ECC DIMM CL3

1. What does 32x64 mean? (or 16X32, etc.. for that matter)
2. What does "NON ECC" mean? Which is better? ECC or NON ECC?
3. What does CL3 mean? (I've also seen stuff like CAS3, etc...)

Thanks much.

Stick with Non-ECC, unless you're running a server. And the lower the CL (CAS Latency) number, the better.
