I just recently bought one of these.
Now, on to the problem I'm having on my XP (SP2) rig... Most anytime I connect the unit, either via the dock or USB cable (to a different port even), when I insert and try to read my XD Picture Card, the unit totally disconnects when I try to view the images in Windows Explorer. The LED goes out, the USB icon disappears, and it's totally dead. Sometimes I can unplug and reconnect it to make it work, but usually it's just the same deal.
It does seem to work better sometimes if I connect it before loading Windows. Needless to say, that's very inconvenient. :disgust:
I've never had any trouble with any other USB devices.
Any input on the matter?
