Need Help With Processor/Motherboard choice!!!

I am looking to buy a ASUS A8R MVP for the computer i am building and i was wondering what processor would be a better choice for this board. The AMD Athlon 64 Clawhammer 4000+, or the AMD Athlon 64 San Diego 4000+, they seem to have the same specs besides voltage and processor type. Also what does the processor type mean(nm, that little u thing), and which one would work better because i saw on new egg a guy said that the guys that review the board on this site got the clawhammer to overclock higher than any other processor but when i looked at the overclock pic on this site it said the core type was San Diego(i am confused😕 ) and also if anyone can recommend and other good motherboards(AMD, ATI Xpress 200, Crossfire enabled) and just post some comment about it PRO's/CON's, and also if you could tell me some PRO's and CON's of the ASUS A8R MVP.

Woow, easy one, get yourself the San Diego one! They are overclocking miracles...

EDIT: In this AT review, you can see the Asus hitting 325HTT with a San Diego 4000+... About Pros and Cons, the web is loaded with reviews of this one... And it looks VERY solid... I wouldn't hesitate if I were you...
