New 810 motherboard boots fine and restarts fine. But if I do a shutdown by software or using the power button, and then try to start again, I cannot get the board to boot to the BIOS screen. Fans start, drives spin, but no video or BIOS screen.
Why I think it is in Power management:
If I unplug and reseat the memory, I can reboot.
If I am running and unplug from the wall and plug back in it will reboot.
I've tried different cases, power supplies and video cards.
