Go to the link above.
Im trying to Build A decent gaming computer, and i would like a Card that can run a game like Star Citizen, and i would like a quiet card to. So take a look at the card in the link, if you have it i would like to know how loud it is, or if it could run High qaulity games like the one above., if its not a good card i wouldnt mind some other recommendations.

It's a nice card, at 1080p you should be fine with Star Citizen. I dunno about high settings, but it'll run it.
You have to remember how much of a part your screen resolution plays in determining whether or not you can run a game on high settings. At 4K, you can forget about a 390 cutting it. At 1080p, you're fine.

The heatsink is very good on this card which gives you more headroom to set up a custom fan curve to prioritize noise levels over temperatures if you want.

Personally, I think in the $290 range, I'd spend $5 more for the Sapphire Nitro card because it seems it has a better VRM/mosfet direct cooling from the heatsink. It also has double ball bearing fans.

While the heatsink isn't as good as on the PowerColor or the Sapphire 390, the Gigabyte Windforce has 3 year warranty instead of 2 years as on the other cards and it costs $270, instead of $290-295.
