Need help with PCI system managment bus.

Somehow my PCI system managment bus lost its drivers. I have tried reformating, flashing my bios, among other things to fix this problem. But no matter what it always shows up with an "!" in Device manager. I am getting lots of random crashes and think that this may be the reason. Here are my specs

AMD Athlon 650
Asus K7M
128mb of Micron PC133 ram
Geforce 2
Diamond MX300

Any help would be greatly appreciated as to how I can fix this problem. Thank you.
