Pentium II processors are only available in the Slot 1 format. They are not available in Socket 370 format.

Socket 370 Celerons are also referred to Pentium II's sometimes. I'm not familar with S370 boards but I have a Tekram 440BX board with a Slocket coverter which works well. (Long live the BX!)

No, it won't.

The TUSL2-C will not accept PPGA Celerons, ie Celerons 533MHz and below.

find any good BX board, like the Asus P3B-F, or Abit BH6.

and then use a slocket.

Okay. so youve got a Celeron 533. (all 533's are socket based.)
now, you need to find out if its a 533, or 533A.

533 = PPGA, the chip has a silver die on black packaging.
533A = FC-PGA. blue die with green packaging.

533A has different power requirements, and is .18u instead of .25u.
some boards dont support FCPGA.
