need help with over current protection

I am doing a school project where I have to design a satellite that will be launching into space. In my circuit diagram, i will require to have some kind of a over current protect device (ie, fuses). So I was wondering if there is such a thing as a electrically resettable fuse where I could reset the fuse with an electrical pulse.

Help Please

a [solenoid activated] circuit breaker? fuses..uhh...break the circuit when too much current draws through them, so they have to be physically replaced. Something like a circuit breker is what comes to my mind, though it would have to be specialized im sure for a satalite application.

edit: in other words, i have little to no idea
