I getting the following message in Outlook (Win2k): The message interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists restart Outlook.
Restarting doesn't help.
Based on my poor memory and past experience, I usually see this error about once/year... Making a new personal folder seems to fix the issue which appears to be related to the large # of email I have to save at work... IT usually helps me with this "less than straightforward" process of creating a new personal folder to dump emails from my inbox... IIR, this is done by hacking a few files, and isn't something done by just monkeying around in Outlook and "creating a folder"... IT is not here today.
