need help with outlook 2007

when ever i go to my contact i can not see any of my contacts to send any email

i can open contacts and i have adress book then below it says contacts, if i select either i get no contacts

this shows my contact box

but if i go to my contacts folder i get my contacts and sub contacts groups which i can then use them.

this shows the groups of contacts

i would like to just hit to and get the option of choosing a email address from any of the sub groups
 
Try this. Go to Tools-Account Settings-Address Books.
There you can choose your address book for Outlook, add or delete address books.
