I'm trying to set up a 'service' online that I can charge a one time fee for full access. It's all setup on an apache server so I can use .htaccess to password protect folders, but I have to find a service that will charge and assign logins/passwords on the spot, other than iBill. Anyone know of any? I may have to go with iBill, but on the final page that I must fax to them, it has 2 columns for signatures, one is mine, printed, date, etc, and the other is for an authorized agent's, do they do that themselves or must I find an authorized agent in person?
