Need help with old Toshiba laptop

i just sold a Toshiba Satellite 110CS as a laptop that can't go beyond POST, now it won't even post! the LEDs for power lights...need help!
 
I have the laptop with me right now... it doesn't seem to like me... it's physically in tact. There's a small little rattle when the laptop is shaken but other than that, it doesn't do much...
