Need help with ofoto VERY fast

I was going to do the 25 free prints + $25 amazon certificate promotion, but I accidentally only included 24 prints! There's no cancel-order option on any of their pages. I already emailed them, is there anything else I should do but wait now?

Yeah, call the Ofoto customer service at 800-375-0330. Hope you can get it resolve soon.

I've called about 10 times now and it keeps putting me on hold for a minute or so and then claiming they're sorry they can't take my call (automated tape) .

EDIT: Alright, I FINALLY got on with them ! Success.
