Need help with OCing a Athlon XP 1600+ and 166FSB

Was wondering if anyone had experince with the KX7-333 and overclocking the FSB to 166 and getting it to work right? What I am running into is, I set the FSB to 166 and the agp/pci clock divider to 5:2:1 and it still is clocking the AGP bus to 84MHz and the PCI to 42MHz which makes my harddrives and sound card flip out. So I was wondering if anyone knows anything about it and hopefully a way to correct the issue. I did upgrade the BIOS to the latest version which didn't help at all. Thanks for any help.
