My Son disabled this in Device Manager, The, Disable this Device for the agp card.
Now when i restarted the computer the screen go's blank when windows try's to load. I can get into windows with a pci card. How can i enable this so the agp card works.

OS is xp pro. Thanks

Maybe press F8 before windows starts to load and enable VGA mode or whatever at the advanced startup menu, then re-enable the card in device manager.

just tryed that and it didn't work. windows logo comes up for 20 or so seconds then screen go's blank. No good in safe mode eather.

Use the PCI card to get into windows and uninstall the AGP's driver in add/remove. Reboot and reinstall the driver.

There wasn't any reference to nvidia driver in add\remove. deleted from program files, down loaded latest driver, installed, shut off computer, put Ti4400 in, but still going to blank screen after windows logo :frown:

Reset display resolution settings to something with an insanely low res and refresh rate? Other than that, I have no ideas beyond what's already been offered. Sorry. 🙁
