Need help with NT4/WinSock proxy!

I need to redirect (correct term?) a port (7777 prefered) on the proxy server in the house to port 7777 on my machine so's I can run a UT server. I can't figure out how to do it, so, can it even be done with WinSock proxy? If so, how?
