Need help with notebook part name

I have a Toshiba Satellite repair I just made - I replaced the LCD panel. It went well and the LCD is fine.

However....when I disassembled the laptop, I noticed the keyboard ribbon came out without needing to 'unclamp' it from the motherboard.
Now that I am reassembling, I realize that the ribbon came out because the clamp thingy is broken. one side of it does not attach to the plastic encasement that the ribbon rests in; hence it will not 'clamp' down to hold the ribbon in place.

What is this plastic part called? Can one replace this small piece of plastic, or have I just spent a small fortune on repair that will ultimately never work due to this problem?
