Need help with new system build-Monitor dies?

I just built a new system:

Chaintech VFN4 Ultra
Chaintech 6600GT
Corsair VS1GB DDR400 PC3200
Windows XP Home
AMD 64 3200
BIG cpu cooler (dont remember name off hand) all copper with the cooling pipes, name brand monster
Thermaltake Purepower 430W PS

It boots, it runs the desktop just fine. Runs a browser just fine.

BUT, when my son plays WOW, after 5-10 minutes the monitor goes black (green light on it goes off and yellow comes on) and I cant get it to reboot. The system fans are still running.

To get it to restart, i must do a reset from the case.

Ive reseated the video card and changed monitors.

HELP!

best guess is a heat related problem with video card, could be defective, check video card/case cooling or RMA.

Definitely sounds like the video card. Might check if the heatsink on the video card is loose or the fan has frozen up. I've run into a few issues with AGP video cards not sitting right if the case flexes the mounting bracket too much. Does the video card require external power- could the plug be loose?
