Need help with new setup

Could someone help me step by step on setting up my 1 gig AXIA processor and Epox 8K7A mobo. I want to overclock to 1.4. I have not used amd for a while so im rusty

Is the CPU unlock? ie. the L1 bridges should look like this :::: (locked) or llll (unlocked). If lock, u can unlock it using the pencil trick. Step is here.

Do this step first.
